I acknowledge and accept the purchase of the merchandise at the prices listed. I understand that if payment is made by check, delivery of title to the merchandise is subject to collection of the funds. I understand that if this is a credit purchase, it is subject to the terms and conditions of the credit agreement. Credit balances on merchandise paid for by check require 10 business days for reimbursement.
All returns approved by this company are subject to a 10% restocking charge. Merchandise picked up at the dock must be returned to the store by the customer if returning or for service. Special orders may not be eligible for exchange or return.
I acknowledge that unless otherwise noted, any item ("as-is", accessory, rug, bedding and electrical items are excluded) may be returned within 5 days for a refund less a 10% restocking charge and delivery charges. Bob Mills Furniture Company, Inc. will not accept returns after 5 days. Exchanges due to defects are allowed within 10 days of delivery. Merchandise must be in “like new†condition in the sole opinion of the Customer Service department of Bob Mills Furniture Co., Inc.
Certain products may require the installation of anti-tip brackets or hardware. These may or may not be included with your product. This statement serves as notice to our customers of the importance and necessity of anti-tip brackets or hardware. Bob Mills Furniture Company, Inc. does not install anti-tip brackets or hardware; therefore installation of anti-tip brackets or hardware is the sole responsibility of the customer.
Short Term Layaway: I agree to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the sales price of the merchandise in layaway. I understand that the balance is due within 30 days of the initial deposit. If the layaway is cancelled by me at any time for any reason, Bob Mills Furniture Company will retain the deposit. Should the merchandise be temporarily out of stock, I understand that I am guaranteed the price of the goods at the time of signing this agreement. Should the out of stock merchandise not arrive within 10 days of the company’s estimated arrival date, I may receive my deposit back in full.
Special Order Merchandise: I acknowledge that if this invoice includes items for special order. Bob Mills Furniture Co. requires a non-refundable deposit of 40% for special order merchandise. The factory estimated shipping time is approximately 8-12 weeks. I understand that this is not a promise of delivery date, but an estimate from the factory of probable arrival and is subject to fabric and stock availability. I understand that merchandise prices on this order are subject to audit, and if any changes are required, I will be notified and an agreement reached prior to the order being placed with the factory.
